The same restrictions apply to Free Content, which although provided without charge, remains protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Violation of this section may result in the immediate suspension of access and potential legal action.
8. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is applicable exclusively to one-time course purchases. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase, provided that you have completed at least 33.33% of the course content. Requests must be submitted via email to info@chemengstudent.com.
Subscriptions, memberships, or any recurring payment models are strictly excluded from the money-back guarantee; it is the responsibility of the “user” (defined as the person who initiated the initial transaction) to disable the autorenewal option and or to cancel the subscription before the next payment due date/time. Refunds are not available for discounted or promotional sale items.
Approved refunds will be processed within seven business days. If granted, access to the course content will be immediately revoked, and the associated account may be suspended pending further investigation. Each user is eligible for only one refund under this policy, regardless of the number of products purchased.
9. Email and Communication Consent
By registering an Account, submitting an email address, or downloading any content from the Website, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. These communications may include newsletters, updates, marketing offers, and other transactional or informational messages.
