What you will learn

In this lesson, we will look at how to find the determinant and inverse matrix. The determinant allows us to assess if a matrix does indeed have an inverse. If the determinant is equal to 0, the matrix does not have an inverse, any other value will indicate there is an inverse. The inverse of a matrix can then be found using a simple process that requires the multiplication of the determinant as a scalar.
